💬 Do I need to measure my space?

No — in most cases, you won’t need to measure anything yourself. Most Swiss apartments (and many rentals abroad) come with a floor plan, which gives us nearly everything we need to get started. Simply upload the plan during onboarding, and we’ll handle the rest.

To make sure we capture all details, we’ll also ask for a few quick reference photos — things like window placement, ceiling heights, or unique features.

📸If you don’t have a floor plan, no problem! We’ll provide a super simple measuring guide so you can jot down the basics in about 10 minutes. No technical skills required.

💬 What if I don’t have a floor plan?

No worries. We’ll guide you through taking just a few key measurements (like wall lengths and window positions). It’s quick and easy, and we’ll give you a clear illustrated guide so nothing feels complicated.This only happens in rare cases — most clients can skip this step entirely. ✅

💬 Do I have to buy the furniture through you?

No — you’ll receive a curated shopping list with direct links to trusted brands. You can purchase everything yourself at your own pace, or choose to add our Project Coordination Service if you prefer a more hands-off experience.With the coordination add-on, we’ll help manage ordering, delivery timelines, and installation for a flat fee. 🪄

💬 What’s included in the Project Coordination Service?

For a flat fee (CHF 400–800 depending on scope), we can:

•Coordinate furniture orders with selected brands

•Oversee delivery timelines & logistics

•Liaise with installers or white-glove teams

•Ensure your space comes together smoothly

✨What’s not included: acting as a physical receiver for packages, daily on-site supervision, or handling returns directly. We support the process, but you remain the owner of the orders. This keeps the service flexible and cost-efficient for you.

💬 How long does the process take?

A typical single-room design takes around 1–3 weeks from your onboarding to receiving your full design package.Two- or three-room projects may take a little longer depending on complexity.Furniture delivery times depend on the brands selected — some items arrive within days, while others may take several weeks. We’ll give you clear guidance and help you plan accordingly. 📅

Not much! We’ve designed our process to be simple and flexible for busy professionals:
